Upstream is a collaborative nationwide effort to launch and equip Family Preservation Ministries to protect, preserve, and strengthen families. Upstream draws us together to innovate, share resources, experiences, and best practices, to spur one another on.

Upstream provides:

1. A community forum to collaborate with other Family Preservation Ministries. You will find many rich discussions happening that address the why and how of all that we do.

2. An annual conference and monthly calls for encouragement and equipping.

3. An excellent collection of resources to help inform and grow our knowledge as we strive to serve families in crisis.

4. The opportunity for 1-on-1 mentorship and even onsite assistance with launching or improving a Family Preservation Ministry.

Start with your 30-minute welcome call with one of our experienced mentors, and then dig into the nitty gritty; ask your questions and learn from topical conversations with peers who have decades of real-world experience in family preservation ministry.

Resource Library Space:

View, download, and customize documents like hosting agreements, volunteer training presentations, employee handbooks, policy and procedure manuals, and much more. Why start from scratch when you don’t need to? We have a wealth of experience and resources to share from existing ministries around the U.S.

Member Exclusive Event Space:

Virtual trainings, connection calls, recorded “hot seat” 1 on 1 mentoring sessions, and discounted access to our annual retreat. Most events are recorded and available for you to re-watch at your leisure.

We desire to work only with church-driven, gospel-centered organizations. Membership ensures that those who are collaborating stand on the same set of beliefs and vision for where we are heading.
