All of our mentoring services are powered by the Lions Lead Behavioral Assessment, a transformative tool that allows us to measure progress, identify growth areas, and adapt our support in real-time. This assessment helps mentors and mentees understand the "why" behind behaviors—empowering families and individuals to make lasting change. The assessment guides our Christian-based curriculum, equipping participants to grow in emotional stability, resilience, faith, and practical life skills.
